SHS Activities
Every year, SHS Participate in all activities in KHARAZ camp.
In the international women day 8th of March 2010, All SHS staff, UNHCR staff, and other humanitarian organizations working in the camp celebrated with refugees and refugee women in this event.
The attendance was great, Audience celebrate the woman as a mother, a wife, a sister and a daughter, the speech of all organizations on this occasion said by SHS KHARAZ focal Point.
In her speech, she praised the importance of women in life and society and how the woman is the base of family, the safe resort of children from roving and lost, therefore she deserves our appreciation and respect.
The refugees express their joy on this occasion with songs for the mother; also they made plays for the mother and the family in both languages Somali and Ethiopian.
All camp residents from men, women and children had participated the celebration of women’s day in a joy and delight environment surrounded all parts of the camp.
